Local residents charged include:

Westchester County

  • On July 27, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Carlos A. Mairena Martinez, 34, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on North Broad Street in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On July 27, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Benjamin A. Solnick, 23, of White Plains, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On July 27, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Malcolm A. McPhee, 48, of Peekskill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Peekskill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Dutchess County 

  • On Friday, July 26, State Police from Wappinger arrested Elvis D. Bracero, 31, of LaGrange, for DWI. He was traveling on Myers Corners Road in Wappinger, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 27, State Police from Poughkeepsie arrested Thomas D. Colgan, 33, of Pleasant Valley, for DWI. He was traveling on Wilbur Road in Pleasant Valley, when he was involved in a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 27, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Christina Torres, 32, of Beacon, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a class E felony. She was traveling on I-84 in Fishkill, when she struck a construction barrier. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol with a child in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 27, State Police from Wappinger arrested Dennis P. O’Doherty, 67, of Fishkill, for DWI. He was traveling on Old Myers Corners Road in Wappinger, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, July 28, State Police from Wappinger arrested Michael P. Burdge, 33, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Poughkeepsie, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, July 28, State Police from Stormville arrested Ashley N. Cassius-Linval, 23, of Poughkeepsie, for DWI.   • On Saturday, July 27, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Christopher Considine, 26, of Putnam Valley, for DWI. He was traveling on Danbury Road in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Sunday, July 28, State Police from Somers arrested Nicholas Martino, 20, of Carmel, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in Carmel, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

Fairfield County

  • On Saturday, July 27, State Police from Somers arrested Daniel A. Wendelboe, 22, of Wilton, for DWI. He was traveling on I-684 in  North Salem, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 27, State Police from Dover Plains arrested Lucas P. Capozzola, 22, of New Fairfield, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 22 in  Pawling, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, July 27, State Police from Brewster arrested Edward A. Heagle, 26, of New Fairfield, for DWI. He was traveling on Lake Shore Drive in Patterson, when he was involved in a one-car rollover motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, July 28, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Emanuel Cambra, 29, of Bethel, for DWI. He was traveling on I-84 in Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.
